Information about shipping

The shipping costs for Switzerland and Liechtenstein are CHF 8.00 (Priority via Swiss Post). A delivery value of more than CHF 100 does not incur any shipping costs (place of delivery in Switzerland). A flat rate of CHF 18 is charged for shipping within the EU. Shipping to all other countries will be billed at a rate of CHF 38.
Delivery is normally made within 3 business days after receipt of payment under the delivery address indicated by the buyer. Deliveries within Switzerland are made with Priority within 1-2 working days. young and brave GmbH will inform the customer about delays in delivery as soon as possible.
Delivery outside Switzerland can take more than 10 business days. Import duties and/or other country-specific import charges may apply. The costs incurred in this case shall be borne by the customer in full.

Pick up
You can pick up the goods alternatively at Bühlstrasse 47E, 8055 Zurich. A pick-up date needs to be confirmed upfront per mail (hello@youngandbrave.ch).

 

Cancellation or return policy

A return of the articles is only possible with a prior written agreement (e-mail) under hello@youngandbrave.ch within a 14-day period without giving any reasons (but would be desirable). The item has to be returned by the buyer by means of a stamped return within the above-mentioned period to young and brave GmbH, Bühlstrasse 47E, 8055 Zurich.
A refund of the purchase price (without delivery costs) will only be made for undamaged/unused items. The purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods. The customer shall be notified in writing. The return does not include the following items: swimwear and teething rings. The client assumes the freight costs of the return.
Complaints due to material defects must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods with the help of the photo-identification under hello@youngandbrave.ch. The reason for the defect/damage has to be explained here comprehensibly. Material defects resulting from improper use/handling are excluded from reimbursement claims and replacement delivery. young and brave GmbH will process the damage and inform the buyer in writing (e-mail) of the following possibilities:
– post-processing of the objected article,
– replacement delivery,
– refund of purchase price.
