1. Area of application

young and brave GmbH is a corporation with registered office in Zurich and is registered under the register number CH- young and brave GmbH runs an online merchandise trade at www.youngandbrave.ch. 3. Offer and conclusion of the contract

The representations of the products in the online shop (www.youngandbrave.ch) represent no legally binding offer, but a request for the order.
By sending the completed order process (purchase button), the customer enters into a binding purchase agreement with young and brave GmbH regarding the products / services contained in the shopping basket. This legal purchase contract is confirmed by a confirmation of purchase (email) by young and brave GmbH.
The products offered at www.youngandbrave.ch are generally available. Should it not be possible to deliver one or more articles due to a technical problem of our website or an inventory deviation, we inform the customer as soon as possible about this fact and propose the customer a replacement product. Alternatively, the amount will be refunded.

4. Refund policy

A return of the articles is only possible with prior written agreement (e-mail) under hello@youngandbrave.ch within a 14-day period without giving any reasons (but would be desirable). A refund of the purchase price (without delivery costs) will only be made for undamaged / unused items. The purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods. The customer shall be notified in writing. The client assumes the costs of the return. The return does not include the following items: swimwear and teething rings.
Complaints due to material defects must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods with the help of the photo-identification under: hello@youngandbrave.ch. The reason for the defect / damage must be explained in a comprehensible manner. Material defects resulting from improper handling / handling are excluded from reimbursement claims and replacement delivery. young and brave GmbH will process the damage and inform the buyer in writing (e-mail) of the following possibilities:
– post-processing of the objected article,
– replacement delivery,
– refund of purchase price.

5. Prices and shipping charges

The prices listed under youngandbrave.ch are in Swiss francs plus shipping costs. The price of the goods at the time of receipt of the order with young and brave GmbH, which is shown on the invoice, is binding for the invoice amount. young and brave GmbH reserves the right to make mistakes and alterations.
The shipping costs are CHF 8.00 (Priority via Swiss Post). A delivery value of more than CHF 100 does not incur any shipping costs (place of delivery in Switzerland). A flat rate of CHF 18 is charged for shipping within the EU. Shipping to all other countries will be billed at a rate of CHF 38.

6. Delivery

By Mail

Delivery is normally made within 3 business days after receipt of payment under the delivery address indicated by the buyer. Deliveries within Switzerland are made with Priority within 1-2 working days. young and brave GmbH will inform the customer about delays in delivery as soon as possible.
Delivery outside Switzerland can take more than 10 business days. Import duties and / or other country-specific import charges may apply. The costs incurred in this case shall be borne by the customer in full.

7. Payment

Payment is made via prepayment, credit card, PayPal or young and brave voucher.

After the order has been placed at www.youngandbrave.ch, young and brave GmbH sends a confirmation mail with the invoice (including the bank details). The buyer transfers the invoice amount in advance to the specified bank account.
Credit card:
The payment is made by charging the credit card of the customer. You enter your credit card data during the ordering process through a secure connection in our online shop and we transfer your data encrypted directly to our payment provider. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card data. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been completed. Afterwards we dispatch the goods in due course.
The payment of the invoice amount takes place via the payment provider PayPal and the payment options provided by him. The underlying terms of use can be found on the website of the payment provider. PayPal will not incur any additional charges.
The purchase of a voucher from young and brave can be made in the webshop at www.youngandbrave.ch. After successful payment, young and brave will issue a voucher in the amount of the payment received in CHF. The voucher is not personalized. The voucher is redeemed by entering a specific code in the input field of the order form. A voucher can be redeemed exclusively to its stated CHF amount. The redemption can only take place in the full coupon amount. A cash payment is excluded.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain the full property of ‘young and brave GmbH’ until full payment.

9. Court of Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, which are concluded pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions, are subject to Swiss law and law. Court of Zurich.

10. Final provisions

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions prove to be invalid or invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
